Creamy Mashed Yukon Golds To accommodate the fact that Baby Rusty’s eating schedule doesn’t change for the holidays, I had to make these in the morning and then warm them in the oven.  This was new for me, but it worked great! I seasoned my potatoes with pureed lemon and leek cream, half and half, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese.
