Lemon Thyme Roasted Turkey.
My parents, and the generation before them always, always, always* roasted their turkey in a buttered, brown paper bag.  It’s what I’ve always done and it’s never fail.  The only challenge is remembering to get a brown bag or two from the grocery store before the big day!
*Except for that one time in the 80’s when microwaves were miracle products and they decided it would be terribly contemporary to make our bird in the nuker.  Fail.
