I’m sure it will shock no one, that I love to cook Thanksgiving Dinner.  And yes, that does deserve a captital “D”. To accommodate all the family affairs we needed to fit in, I cooked traditional turkey here on Saturday.  I also hosted dinner for my mom on Wednesday, but those photos will come another day. Here’s my plate, and individual shots of each dish will follow.
